Studio Policies
- All sessions must be completed by the expiration date.
- All sessions are by appointment only and must be paid for in advance.
- If cancellations are allowed, all cancellations of scheduled sessions, with less than 24 hours notice will be charged pricing of that session as if you had attended.
- All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- ALL Monthly Packages are Limited to 10 Classes per Month.
- Be sure you can commit to an exercise program before purchasing any sessions.
Studio Etiquette
- Arrive on time.
- Turn all cell phones OFF upon arrival to the studio.
- Respect all sessions already in progress upon entering the studio.
- If a session is occurring when you arrive, please sit on the bench outside of our private studio and prepare for your session.
- Clean all equipment (with the disinfecting wipes) after use.
- Be bare feet or wear toe socks during all sessions.
- If allowed for your program, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all canceled sessions.
